The services of the pairinbox.com site are normally accessible by the customer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all year round except in the event of voluntary interruption or not, regardless of the cause. In any case, pairinbox.com cannot be held responsible in the event of use of the Site by a Customer who does not comply with these conditions.
pairinbox.com is not responsible for errors in the customer's choice (color, size, etc.) during validation. pairinbox.com advises the customer to carefully check his choice before validation. Article 5. Suspension of access to services

It is specified that the Brand, the Graphic Charter and the Pairinbox Content of the Site are protected by legislation relating to intellectual property. PAIRINBOX holds all the rights relating thereto.
Consequently, the Customer may not represent, reproduce, modify, or more generally, exploit the Trademark, the Graphic Charter and/or Pairinbox Content without the express prior authorization of  PAIRINBOX
Any unauthorized reproduction or use of the Brand, Graphic Charter of the Site and/or its Content constitutes acts of infringement of copyright and/or the right of distinctive signs and engages the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 7. Personal data

Article 8. Modification of these general conditions of use
PAIRINBOX reserves the right to freely modify the T&Cs. Any new version of these will be announced beforehand on the first page.
Consequently, the Customer must refer to them during each visit in order to be aware of their latest version, which is permanently available online on the Site. You are then free not to access the Services if the conditions do not suit you.
Customers who do not want contractual relations to be governed by the new version of the T&Cs must notify this and, from the date from which the new version takes effect, they must stop using the Services.
Any modification will take effect immediately and will only apply to Customers using the Services after such modification.

Article 9. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
THESE TOS ARE SUBJECT TO FRENCH LAW. IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE RELATED TO THE INTERPRETATION, VALIDITY AND CONSEQUENCES OF THESE TOS AND, IN THE ABSENCE OF A PRIOR AMICABLE SOLUTION, THE COURTS OF PARIS SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION.
Given the global dimension of the Internet, customers must comply with all applicable rules in the country where they reside.

Geography area 
The products and services are offered for sale on the pairinbox.com site in metropolitan France, but also in Europe and in certain countries of the world. This may have an impact on delivery times which may be extended.
If the products purchased were received late, the Pairinbox Company cannot be held responsible.

Payments
All orders are payable in euros. Payment for purchases is made by means of a bank payment card. The Customer guarantees the Pairinbox company that he is fully authorized to use the payment card for the payment of his order and that these means of payment legally give access to sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from his order on the site www.pairinbox.com. The Pairinbox Company cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of the means of payment used. the Pairinbox Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any sum which would be due by the Customer or in the event of payment incident. Penalties of an amount equal to the legal interest rate plus five points are automatically applicable to amounts unpaid at the end of a period of ten days following the date of supposed payment or upon notification of the rejection of bank payment. for any other means of payment. The delivery of any new order may be suspended in the event of late payment of a previous order, notwithstanding the provisions hereof. All payments will be processed by a secure data encryption procedure so that no information transmitted by the Customer is intercepted by third parties. It is the Customer's responsibility to save and print their payment certificate if they wish to keep the details banking relating to his transaction.

Return of products
Within seven (7) days of receipt of their order, the Customer may ask the PAIRINBOX Company to return the Product(s).
To do this, the Customer will send an email to contact@pairinbox.com. The PAIRINBOX Company will then process this request and notify the Customer of its decision by email. The Customer will then return the parcel by post to the PAIRINBOX Company within one week and will have the proof of deposit stamped, which he will keep. The Product(s) must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unopened, to the following address: The return is at the Customer's risk.
If the Product(s) is not returned by the Customer within seven (7) days of receipt of his order, or if the Product(s) is not not returned in the condition described above, the return is considered canceled and the Customer must keep the product. The returned Product(s) will be replaced within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from its receipt by the PAIRINBOX Company; no reimbursement is foreseen. For any request for return(s), the return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer is required to notify the PAIRINBOX Company of any reservations about the delivered product (for example: damaged package, already opened, missing parts) within 2 days of receipt of the product. In the event that the defective product is proven, the Customer may benefit from the conditions provided for in this article. If the product is found to be defective, the Customer will receive a new product within the limits of available stocks for the same color. In case of out of stock, the Customer will receive an equivalent product. No other compensation can be claimed
